Do you have specific arrival dates?

No. You can choose when you start your holiday and stay as long as you like.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. 3 nights is the minimum stay.

Is there a maximum stay?

Yes. 18 nights.

How much deposit do you require?

£100.00 or €150.00.

When is the balance due?

The balance is due 10 weeks before you arrive onsite. You will be sent a reminder and you can pay online or over the telephone.

Can I hire linen?

Yes we have a linen hire service.

What is the check in and check & out times.

3:00pm check in 10:00am check out.

If I arrive early can I use the site facilities?

Yes. You may need to collect a wrist band from your courier to use the pool.

What if I arrive late?

The courier will make provisions for late arrivals at the reception.

After I book online when do I get my confirmation?

During office hours you will get your confirmation within half an hour. If you book outside office hours you will get the confirmation as soon as we return to the office. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have your confirmation!

Can I change my arrival / departure date?

This is possible subject to availability.

Can I change site?

Can I change my accommodation?

Yes subject to availability.

Can you organise a ferry?

We are not ferry provides but you can use the travel section of our website to compare the market and get the best deal.

Can you organise hotels for stop a stop over?

Can you organise car hire?

Can you organise flights?

What happens if I’m not happy with my accommodation?

Your site courier will have prepared you accommodation for your arrival. They will have cleaned your accommodation adhering to a check list and performed a full inventory check. You will be required to check the cleanliness of the mobile and sign if you are happy. Any issues with the cleanliness or inventory should be reported to the courier who will deal with it. If your courier is unable to solve the issue the area manager will be called upon. In the unlikely event the situation is still unresolved you have an emergency number 24/7 in your travel pack.

Are the gas appliances checked?

Yes all accommodation with gas and electrical appliances are tested by corgi registered engineers. The certificate will be on the inside of the boiler cupboard.

Can I be placed on a specific location on the site?

You can request a preferred area for example near the pool and we’ll do our best to place you there.

Can I be sited next to my friend who are staying on the same site?

Yes. We will do our best to place group booking together whenever possible however we are not able to guarantee it.

Do you provide bedding in the tent?

No. You will need to bring your own bedding. We recommend sleeping bags sheets and pillows.

Do you provide towel hire?

Sorry we do not provide towel hire.

Do you provide a price match guarantee?

We have a “found it cheaper function” which you need to fill in if you have a better deal. We’ll do our best to beat it.

How long has Direct Camping been in business?

Since September 2004.

Does the accommodation belong to Direct Camping?

We have our own accommodation in France but also sell for other tour operators as a travel agent.
